We are on the look for a versatile and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant who can start ASAP.
Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Undertaking daily marketing administrative tasks
• General reporting duties
• Sending of pre-written emails to databases as required
• Keeping all databases up to date
• Ad-hoc marketing tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager
Qualifications
• Proven 5+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Marketing Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot specific experience desired but not essential)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize day to day tasks.
