Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team of three other marketing professionals. The new team member will focus on their specialism of content creation.
At OSIT, the Marketing Assistants are responsible for assisting the Marketing Specialist with the development of new and innovative marketing programs, content creation, management of our marketing materials and promotional items, management of our website and social media pages, development of case studies, management of our blogs and creation and management of a range of marketing activities.
What we have to Offer
Our friendly team are located at AppleOne Equicom Tower in Cebu Business Park
Working hours are 37.5 per week on day shift. No shifting schedule, no late nights or weekends!
We offer a competitive of 35K - 41K Per month plus we have adapted the Philippines benefits as below:
1.) 13th Month Pay - non-taxable
2.) Vacation Leave (annual) - convertible to cash at year end.
3.) Sick Leave (personal)
4.) Additional 30% on Special Holiday if you report to work
5.) Regular Holiday should be taken, but if you report to work, you will earn time in lieu.
Role Responsibilities
• Content creation; Social, Event, Graphics, Email , Web
• Social Media; Vendor Campaign Planning, Social Scheduling, Social Awareness Day Planning, 3rd Party Content Curation, Social Media Commenting and Engagement
• Life @ OSIT Content; Internal blogs, articles and graphics
• Case Studies Research & Investigation; Draft Case Study Skeletons
• Monthly newsletter
• Templates; Email, Graphics, Document
• Copywriting; Website content, Blogs, Videos
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Experience in delivering marketing communications activities
• Knowledge and exposure to technology and professional services industries
• Strong, effective communication skills including written English
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• Strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture
• An honest, transparent approach to business
• Highly creative approach with excellent attention to detail
• Sound technical skills and an understanding of web technologies and trends inc: Adobe Creative cloud, SEO, SEM, affiliated marketing and social media
