Ability to communicate well with Customer and deliver excellent quality of Customer Support.
With experience / knowledge with MRO business is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Act as Facilitator during company profile presentation to Customers and Visitors.
Commercial awareness and able to liaise directly with Customers and other stakeholders.
Facilitate Inbound/Outbound Ferry Flight arrangements.
Ensure Customers need are well attended in a timely manner during the scheduled maintenance event. From pre-arrival to post- maintenance.
Familiar with contract and proposal to represent the company.
To actively communicate with Customers during contract negotiation.
Responsible in presenting the Proposal for approval with concerned departments.
Liaise with different departments as necessary to ensure efficient distribution.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
