Marketing and Administrative Associate (Part-Time - Night Shift | US)
Part-time 15 to 20 hours per week
Php 13,000 - 17,000 take-home pay monthly
9:00 pm - 1:00 am PHT Work Schedule

About the Client:
Our client based in the United States is a "solopreneur" that runs a lash extension shop in the US. She's currently doing everything and needs someone to manage all things admin for her so she can focus on the creative side or the actual lash extension appointments. She is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing and Administrative Associate.
About the Role:
Support the personal and administrative needs of a busy solo entrepreneur
Manage the day to day affairs of the client related to the daily operations of her cosmetics (lash extension) shop
Efficiently and accurately manage the calendar and all appointments using the Acuity scheduling tool
Perform customer service tasks such as answering inquiries and coordinating schedules or changes necessary
Send reminders or follow-ups to clients and suppliers as needed
Send emails/email marketing campaigns to the target audience
Basic management of Social Media accounts such as uploading at least postings per day on Facebook and Instagram
Online researches and documentation of research
Utilize MS One Drive, Outlook, Excel, and Word for the tasks assigned
Prepare and manage reports needed
Assist in preparing or typing training manuals
Become an integral part of her daily operations by managing the majority of the administrative work required to allow her to focus on the creative aspect of the business
Perform other administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Solid experience in an Executive or Admin Assistant or equivalent role for at least 3 years
Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to carry out effective communication between the client, vendors, and existing customers and/or inquiring leads
Strong English skills in both verbal and written communications
Technology savvy with the ability to do basic troubleshooting for any issues with the computer and/or the internet
Has strong experience in doing Social Media management (FB and IG) and highly proficient in using a Scheduling platform for appointment/meetings
Background in using Canva and other similar tools is required
Previous experience working with clients in the cosmetics industry is a definite advantage
Advanced competencies in using MS Office applications such as Word and Excel
Assertive without coming across as arrogant with the capacity to convey or articulate your thoughts well
Applies great caution, care, and attention to the tasks and detail at hand
Detail-oriented with the capacity to see and not miss errors in your own work
Values quality of work and upholds integrity in performing all the tasks needed
Capacity to review and recommend better practices within the day to day tasks or processes
Must be highly proactive and intuitive in conducting daily tasks to utilize time and optimize results
Excellent time management skills with a good sense of organizing
Background or passion for cosmetics is an advantage to be able to adapt and understand the needs of the client much better Highly organized and pays careful attention to detail
Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
Has a good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times
