Marketing and Admin Assistant
Part-time | 20 hours per week
Php 15,000 take home pay per month
Monday to Friday, Any 4 hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM PHT

About the Client:
Our client is a naturopath and metabolic balance practitioner focused on helping women in perimenopause master their changing hormones, moods & body, using the power of personalized nutrition. Her goal is to help them feel calm, in control, less stressed & more comfortable in their clothes & body. She works virtually with her clients through a group program to support them to understand what is happening with their hormones and bodies in this phase of life, what their body needs from them at this time, and how they can influence or reduce the impact using food as medicine.
About the Role:
The primary focus of this role is to offer excellent behind-the-scenes support to the client in growing her business & connecting with prospective clients and then provide an amazing program experience for new and existing clients. This role aims to provide clients with a high-touch, intimate & professional experience that exceeds their expectations.
Through efficient, timely & accurate approach, this role will also ensure that the client's schedule, programs, communications, events and commitments are executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
Transcribe client blood test results with a high-degree of accuracy from one web portal to another while following a standard operating procedure & process
As directed by the client, reach out to the clients through SMS and email using templates from the client's guidance
Create letters to the client's doctors based on a template and standard operating procedure instruction
Email inbox management - create email responses based on templates or frequently asked questions
Attend the weekly coaching calls (x 2 each week) hosted for the clients to take notes on what was discussed
Create a list of tasks that need to be completed or followed up
Check spreadsheets to identify clients who need following up with SMS or email
Collate feedback & results from clients in spreadsheets/docs
Schedule posts using native scheduling tools for Facebook, Facebook groups, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn & more
Create graphics using templates in Canva & content provided
Create & edit PDFs and presentations (in Canva) from provided content
Conduct internet searches for inspiring quotes, comments, memes or GIFs to help the client create social media content
Support the creation & implementation of funnels, including opt-in pages and sales pages
Support the creation & implementation of email marketing campaigns & automations
Maintain & update standard operating procedures
Attend a weekly zoom meeting (Monday) to discuss work plans & goals for the week
Qualifications:
Experienced with similar or relevant role
Highly-organized, reliable and committed
Able to work with some autonomy & values high quality of work
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, measurements & analytics
Can manage multiple projects simultaneously to get things done, meet deadlines & commitments
Creative problem-solver - have the ability to find solutions to any problems that crop up in work.
Can work collaboratively with the client to troubleshoot problems
Must be flexible and happy to do high-level projects as well as basic admin tasks
Excellent (English) communication skills - written and verbal.
Can follow strict standard operating procedures
Proficiency in all major social media platforms (FB, IG, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
Must have experience with the following software
Canva
Meta Creator Studio
Pinterest
LinkedIn
Asana or Trello
Slack
LastPass
Google suite
Familiar with email marketing programs and funnels software
Familiar with the following tools/software:
TikTok
PDF Editor
Groove Funnels, Groove Member, Groove Mail
MailChimp
Microsoft To-Do

Hashtags or Keyword research tool
Audio and Video Editing Tools
Social Media Insights Tools
