Description
The position will be supporting the company on executing online marketing campaigns for recruitment and other administration functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Marketing Support:
- Create company awareness and promote brand through online or digital platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Maintain recruitment ads via top job portals online
- Conducts sales call through telemarketing and email marketing
- Conducts lead generation activities like data mining, lead researching and qualifying
- Maintains CRM or client database of the company
- Supports in creation of marketing collaterals
As an Admin Support:
- Assists in communication and handling of inquiries from clients and employees of the company
- Drafts company memorandum or correspondences
- Assist in liaising with government institutions such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig for basic administrative matters
- Submission of reports as deemed necessary
- Other ad hoc duties which can be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably in Marketing, Psychology, Human Resource Management or business related courses
- At least 2 years experience in Manpower / Recruitment Agency or BPO is preferred
- Highly proficient in the use of Social Media and Digital platform, internet-savvy
- Preferably a background in recruitment is desired
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with good command of English language
- Very agile and flexible
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
ADVANTAGES
- Can speak Mandarin language may be an advantage, but not required
- Has background in designing marketing content / collateral using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage
