MSC shall also be responsible for inter-departmental coordination making sure that all communication through slack or email shall be attended at all times.
MSC shall ensure that the legal documents, from Keren or homeowner, are completely collected and readily available before endorsing the deal to other departments.

MSC shall also be responsible for collecting missing information and clarifications for field staff and leasing associate instructions.
MSC shall also be responsible for logging and collating all misses of BDAs for coaching purposes. Accountability coaching shall be the responsibility of the team lead.
MSC shall also be responsible for making sure all changes on our process shall be passed on to BDAs in the form of training or quick huddles.
MSC shall also be responsible for making sure that the deal went through the right process of endorsement/hand-off and was properly tagged in salesforce and Zendesk.
MSC shall also be responsible for maintaining a good, healthy relationship between MDT and other departments.
MSC shall also be responsible in making sure that all signee has signed the contract before endorsing the deal.
MSC shall also be responsible for collecting these information from the homeowner for listing:
Ask the owner to send us a copy of the HOA Rules and Regulations.
Is there a yard that needs to be maintained?
Who will take care of the yard? Tenant or owner?
Climate Control: Is there an AC, central heating? Forced air?
Do you allow pets on the property? If only a specific pet, please state.
What are the interior features of the property?
What are the exterior features of the property?
What are the community features?
Is there a storage room located off the property that will be included in the rental agreement?

MSC shall also be responsible in setting the expectations of the homeowner for all process-related matters moving forward after the contract has been signed.
