ROLE OVERVIEW
Manages research projects for brands/segments within the divisions assigned to him/her by
Reviews research brief, proposes/reviews the research design and the costing
Coordinates with brand teams and agency partners/suppliers on requirements
Prepares/reviews questionnaires or interview/FGD guides
Analyzes the data, and prepares the presentation deck
Develops yearly research programs for all brands and segments in the divisions assigned to him/her
Develops and/or optimizes research tools and methodologies to be used by the team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or related course
With 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in sourcing and interpreting various relevant external data (economic data, industry. Consumer trends, etc.)
Has strong analytical skills for synthesizing and analyzing data, drawing implications to the business and proposing corresponding action
