Job Qualifications:
1. Preferably 24 - 28 years of age
2. BS in Agriculture, preferably majoring in crop science, agronomy, or horticulture
3. Technical knowledge in crop protection and crop cultural practices
4. Experience working for other agro chem companies is an advantage
5. Organized, hardworking, and trustworthy
6. Good oral and written communication
7. Good presentation skills (during farmers' meetings)
8. Knows how to drive a motorcycle and with a driver's license
9. Assignment in Nueva Vizcaya or Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, and Pampanga (for Luzon area)
10. Assignment in Bukidnon and Davao del Sur (for Mindanao area)
Responsibilities:
• Identifying new market opportunities through research and analysis of industry trends and demographic changes
• Establishing new customer relationships with businesses to promote company products or services
• Providing information about products or services to potential customers to help them make informed decisions about their purchases
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns that use event marketing, public relations, direct mail, telemarketing, advertising and other methods to generate interest in products or services
• Meeting regularly with managers to report on campaign progress and discuss
