Description * 1. Visit customer and get status information, forecast, plans and competitor information.
2. Respond to customer queries/ trouble calls in timely manner.
3. Get agreement on sample evaluation and timetable of qualification; follow up on qualification until completed.
4. Solve Quality and Technical Issues in coordination with related and concerned personnel.
5. Solve Issues on Price, Delivery, PO and Collection.
6. Close sales and get PO on customer's approved items.
7. Submit reports on time related to:
7.1 Customer's Visits
7.2 Visit to Company Subsidiaries' and Affiliates
7.3 Suppliers if applicable
7.4 Sales Report
7.5 Sanshin Information and Result
8. Follow through collection of customer past due accounts until paid.
9. Take responsibility with customer issues in the absence of sales coordinator.
10. Monitor logistics of ordered items; delivery schedules (pull in/ pull out). Follow up of customer complaints and concerns.
