Position Summary
Responsible for the efficient, safe and hygienic operation of the production accordance to the Nestlé Quality Standards.
Ensures that the requirements of the Nestle Quality Management System elements related to the production are implemented effectively and consistently.
Prevent situations that could result to harm on personnel and/or the environment by seeing to it that the established safety and environmental protection guidelines are consistently adhered to and to exercise leadership necessary to make the safety and environment protection programs of the factory work.
A day in the life of...
Monitors the actual operation of the production lines according to the standard procedural instructions.
Checks availability of raw packaging materials, personnel and utilities.
Evaluates the daily output, product quality and line efficiency
Implements effective measures in case of product deviations, shortages of supply to prevent product spoilage and quality deteriorations.
Ensures adherence to the prescribed machine running conditions and receives feedback on its performance with causes and diagnoses of machine breakdown
What will make you successful
Full Knowledge of Process, Manufacturing Operations and Technology
Knowledgeable of all Production Equipment and Laboratory related apparatus
Graduate of Engineering, Chemical & Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of one (1) year experience in Industrial Operations prior experience in leading and handling people
