About the role
The Operator - Boosters undertakes the processes/system associated with the booster production to the extent of their skill and competence and operates the manufacturing facilities safely, efficiently and effectively to address production and distribution requirements and provide a quality service in the manufacture of detonating cord to our customers in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.
What you will be doing
Key Accountabilities Manufactures products which conform to agreed customer requirements by monitoring the process, product, quality and raw material quality Reports all non-conformances to the Shift Leaders. Raises of Red Cards if the product does not conform to requirements. Participates in corrective action investigations.
What you will bring
Must possess a highschool diploma
Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
