Texas Instruments is looking for an energetic engineer with a passion for process. This position provides the opportunity to drive continual improvement at all levels. Our team is primarily focused on driving improved procedures and processes. We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team.
The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include:
Responsible primarily for area process quality, yield and scrap (DPPM) reduction
Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in plating area and plating laboratory
Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, cost and production yields for existing products
Develops and conducts statistical analysis such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) targeting physical cause of failure for yield loss and improving quality
Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible
Support on existing, new products and package qualification offloads by ensuring processes are correctly implemented to meet customer requirement
Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible
Provide technical support in the resolution of quality events, incidents and customer complaints
Conducts process training and qualification in assigned area
Responsible for the generation, definition, revision and maintenance of applicable area spec and related documentation such as work instructions, control plan, FMEA, ATSS etc.
Minimum requirements:
BS Chemical Engineering graduate or related course
Minimum three (3) years experience in Plating as Process engineer
Leadframe plating experience preferred
Willing to relocate in Baguio City

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
