Manufacturing & Operations Manager, please be guided on the following qualifications;
- Field of Study : Engineering (Mechanical)
- Industry : Manufacturing/ Production
- Specialization : Manufacturing/Production, Operations
- Age : 40 years old below.
• With minimum 3 to 5 year managerial position handling Manufacturing and Operations.
• With background in HVAC, sheet metal and fabrication.
• Preferred applicants came from the ff. fan manufacturing companies;
- CCAC, LG, Panasonic, Niagara, System Air, Filgen, Acre Airconditioning, Nicotra, Ventopia, Aleja, Grasco, Avesco, Hanmi, Fil-Chin, Flowtech, Torque, Yilida.
Gender preference: Male
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM (or as per discussion with the management)

Responsibilities:
Enhance the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, management reporting.
Explore opportunities for systems expansion.
Ensure effective and successful management of productivity, quality control and safety measures.
Oversee day to day operations & production workflow to ensure team productivity to achieve operational excellence
Monitoring production output & review delivery schedule to meet customer demand
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies.
Requirements:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering course, 40 years old and below.
With minimum 3 to 5 year managerial position handling the Manufacturing and Operations activities of a manufacturing company.
Competent in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Good team player with good communication skills.
Innovative, creative, willing to learn and to contribute to the company, self-creative.
With relevant working experience in fan industry.
