Job Description:
The Position will be responsible and involved in the following activities:
Equipment/HW Breakdown Control and Resolution
Analyzes the root cause of equipment/hw failures to minimize occurrence
Designs and implements modification and improvements as a preventive measure and detection
Responsible for in-depth equipment/hw repair and troubleshooting
Technical Line Sustaining
Responsible for in-depth isolation, debugging, troubleshooting and repair of test hardwares (Loadboard, Probecards, Contactors, etc), Device wont Pass (DWP) and Test Program issues
Provides immediate resolution and recommendations to resolve current and recurring line and device issues
Equipment/HW Improvements
Perform periodic review of current procedures and processes to improve equipment/hw availability and reliability
Create Automations, Programs and Scripts to improve quality, uptime and cycle time.
Creates and Implements Program to increase Uptime and OEE and reduce MTTR and Jam Rate.
Qualifications
Requirement:
College/University degree, preferably related to Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
For Testers and Peripherals- with at least 3-year experience in the following Test Platforms:
Teradyne M/IFLEX
Advantest T2000
Basic Knowledge on Programming Languages such as: C/C++ and Visual Basic
Intermediate knowledge on Electronics Circuit Analysis and can read and interpret Schematic Diagrams
Knowledgeable in Unix/Windows environment
With Basic background in Digital and Mixed Signal test methodology.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with basic knowledge on statistical tools
Excellent Communication skills
Can work independently with minimum supervision
