Job Purpose:
The Operations Management Trainee will provide needed inputs for required information/reports and find ways to continually improve our work processes, providing calculated scenarios, solutions and layouts to management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
To ensure availability and correctness of data required to complete all necessary reports that will help in cost computations, improve work processes, operations performance results and validate/ update standards.
To ensure that the correct materials handling equipment, manning and space requirements are employed in the correct application in a cost-effective manner. To maintain operations' financial controls to ensure the profitability of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Preferably with 6 months to 1-year experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent numerical and abstract reasoning skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
