We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing / E-commerce Bookkeeper. You will be responsible for managing the accounting and bookkeeping functions of manufacturing and e-commerce business, including preparing financial reports, reconciling bank accounts, and maintaining inventory records.
Job Responsibilities:
Enter assemblies daily purchase orders receiving.
Enter bills, enter new items, reconciling bank and cc/ filling out credit applications and product profile.
Record and categorize all financial transactions using accounting software, such as QuickBooks Desktop.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts.
Manage inventory records and track cost of goods sold.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant for a manufacturing and e-commerce business.
Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks Desktop , and e-commerce platforms.
Experience with inventory management and cost accounting.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST
Monthly rate: 500USD - 600USD per month for a start
