Location: Danao, CebuThe Assistant Manufacturing Manager is responsible for efficiently planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing production activities within the assigned area to meet targets for output, quality, timeliness, GMP compliance, sanitation, and hygiene.Key Responsibilities
Develops and manages production schedules based on forecasted and actual demand.
Oversees daily operations within the area to maintain smooth and continuous production flow.
Ensures that the assigned section consistently meets product quality and workplace safety standards.
Leads initiatives for process optimization, equipment enhancement, and other innovative improvements.
Reviews and confirms the accuracy and timeliness of production reports and any other required documentation.
Coordinates with other departments and operational units on behalf of the section.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Food Technology or any Engineering-related field.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in plant operations within the food manufacturing industry.
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a food production environment.
Basic knowledge or background in food processing technology.
Experience in conducting production-related seminars, training sessions, or orientation programs.
Willing to work full onsite in Danao, Cebu.
