Job responsibilities:
Develop and implement new management systems such as records management.
Record office expenses and manage budget.
Organizing office layout and maintaining supplies and equipment.
Organizing meetings with employees and defining tasks for each job.
Oversee the recruitment of new employees including training and orientation.
Ensure sufficient levels of staff to cover absences and meet business needs.
Delegating work to employees and managing workloads.
Writing reports for senior management and making presentations.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints directly.
Review and update health and safety policies and ensure compliance with them.
Comply with data protection laws regarding data storage.
Skills:
Owning communication skills.
Proficiency in time management and task management skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
Proficiency in writing and preparing periodic reports.
Flexibility and work under pressure.
Collaboration with the work team and proficiency in motivation skills.
Ability to provide appropriate solutions to problems and attention to small details.
Job Requirements:
Get a bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration.
1 year experience as an office manager.
Speak English fluently.
Good experience in the procedures for obtaining passports and working procedures outside the country.
