We are working with a BPO/Contact Center client based out of Manila in the hunt for proficient and experienced Bilingual (English | Mandarin) Technical Support Associates for our web hosting campaign.
Key Requirements
Preferably at an HSK level VI proficiency
A quiet space to work at and a stable wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills
Strong-verbal and written English communication skills as the role supports voice, email, and chat platforms
Amenable to work rotating shifts
Willing to be assigned in a temporary work-at-home set-up
Can work in Shaw Boulevard Mandaluyong
