Job Brief:
We are looking for a creative designer with up-to- date knowledge to interpret our clients' needs and to
design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products including websites,
phone apps, posters, advertising, computer games and corporate identity etc.
A web designer works to a brief agreed with the clients, product development manager or marketing
manager. They develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet
the clients' objectives.
The work demands creative flair, up-to- date knowledge of industry software and a professional
approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
A web designer's job may involve managing more than one design brief at a time and allocating the
relevant amount of time according to the value of the job.
 Cultivate a solid body of work
 Take the design "brief" to record requirements and clients/PD/Marketing managers' needs
 Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
 Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
 Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
 Prepare rough draft and present your ideas
 Amend final designs to clients/PD/Marketing managers' comments and gain full approval
 Work as part of a team with product development, marketing and operation's team members
 Report to Marketing Manager
Requirements:
 Proven graphic designing experience
 Strong background with digital imaging correction / touch up
 Movie / game poster design background
 Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
 Demonstrable graphic design skills with strong portfolio
 Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
 Up-to- date with industry leading software and technologies
 Experience in graphical user interface
 Minimum 1-year experience as a graphic designer in related industry
 Experienced in phone apps design is a plus
 Attached Phone APPs/PDF/Picture/link of candidate's portfolio for our perusal
 Bilingual - English and Chinese in speaking and written is a must
 The Candidate is required to live in Manila
