Job Description:
-Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
-Maintain strong relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities.
-Manage the daily work of our product to our clients, inclusive of configuration, requirements collection, training of users, user on boarding progress, handling complaints,
-Manage after-sales customer support after deployment
-Develop and deliver world-class support experience
 
 
 
Key Requirements:
-College Graduates of a Bachelor’s Degree
-Know SaaS industry,
-Be able to delivery the online demo to potential customer
-Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
-Previous Experience - At least 3 years of extensive Customer Success Manager experience with excellent recommendation from previous employer
-Fluent Chinese and English and the ability to communicate daily with clients in Chinese and English
-Superior time management, organization and communication skills
-Ability to work efficiently and calmly in high-pressure situations
-Attention to Detail
-Extensive experience in contract renewal and negotiations is an advantage
-Be able to use Skype, email, live chat to deliver service.
