Description
1) Responsible for daily accurate recording of all financial transactions and necessary verification of
the validity of the supporting documents
2) Responsible for accounting process and tasks (i.e. AP and AR process, GL, accounts
reconciliation, bank reconciliation etc)
3) Coordinate and liase with internal and external parties as and when required
4) Ensure timely, accurate month end closing and responsible for preparation monthly report
5) Support forecasting and budgeting exercise
6) Assist in ad hoc projects if required
Requirements:
1) Degree or equivalent
2) Meticulous and keen to details
3) A self‐starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and
deadlines independently
4) At least 1 year of working experience
5) Well‐versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point and Word
6) Strong verbal and written communication skills
7) Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
