Description
Job Responsibilities
Filipino- Chinese (Chinoy) or pure Chinese as long as they can speak and communicate fluently in Mandarin, English and Tagalog, and willing to accept our salary offer.
Responsible in maintaining the CEO Calendar of appointments and related or similar activities
Makes arrangements or organize meetings, records minutes and maintains a permanent and confidential record
Arranges travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, booking and scheduling of meeting venues
Manage and acts as the point person for all foreign t and local travel arrangement of the CEO
Process and manages all the correspondence of the CEO
Act as a point of contact of all the clients, guest and visitors of the CEO
Carries out other admin task/responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Provides assistance in CEO personal activities
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
No work experience required.
Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog fluently
Must have excellent communication skills in both oral and written
