Is currently looking for:
MANDARIN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Duties:
Service platform customers in a professional and accurate manner;
Service customers in accordance to set standards and protocols;
Collect and organize feedback from customers and present it to operations department;
Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.
Requirements:
College degree or higher;
Must speak Mandarin with native or native like fluency.
At least 1 year of online customer service experience;
Self-motivated, responsible and patient personality;
Well-mannered and polite, able to work under pressure and overtime when needed
Teamwork oriented and willing to learn;
Familiar with office software (word, excel, ppt, etc...);
Native like in Chinese;
English reading and writing preferred;
Able to work different shifts across the entire 24-hour day.
This position is a work from home setup, applicants must be willing to be relocated in Metro Manila and accomodation is provided.
The applicants must be willing to be relocated in Manila and will work from a designated apartment for safety and health protocol. Relocation allowance will be provided.
