Responsibilities:
Determines and agrees in the in-house quality procedures, standards and/or product specifications
Assesses customer quality requirements and ensuring that these are met
Specifies quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
Investigates and sets standards for quality/health and safety, quality process, production lines
Ensures that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
Works with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
Writes management/technical reports and QAD
Reviews, analyzes and verifies the quality assurance declaration per product and per supplier
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards identifying and resolving problems, completing quality audit,; determining system improvements, implementing change;
Conducts spot inspection to establish number of people working and if works are being done according to engineering safety standard
Monitors if speed of works /actual productivity can meet the timeline according to schedule and to ensure that schedule is actually met
Conducts Pre-Delivery Inspection and Inspection
Upon Delivery; and Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
