REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English language
Must be a Degree Holder
Must have a Customer Service background
Develop a solid understanding of appropriate guidelines for our online gaming account
Communicate effectively with team members via chat and email
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for detecting and correcting errors in written documents.
Entails checking written text for misspellings and inaccuracies prior to publishing.
Read through typescripts to detect and highlight typographical or grammatical errors.
Check typeset documents to ensure the publisher used the font style, size, and text spacing specified on the original copy by a page designer.
Put up missing or misplaced punctuation to make an article coherent and comprehensible.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new terminologies, as well as changes in language standards.
Identify if the Chinese words are appropriate for Kids and Adults
Change words and sentences that are offensive and alarming
Make sure the guidelines of the games are well explained, correct grammar and easy to understand.
