Requirements:
Open to Native Chinese applicants
Proficient in Mandarin and English both verbal and written
Familiar with the Online gaming markets in China and Macau
Minimum 5 years' work experience in a land-based Casino, preferably as a Casino Manager or equivalent.
Experience in an On-Line Casino environment or the same capacity is an advantage.
Fully understands the intricacies of casino with the Asian culture; or is well-versed about the culture, customs and vast superstitious beliefs of Chinese people particularly with relation to gambling.
Good analytical skills and can perform research
Related background is not required as long as experienced in Casino/Online Gaming
Must have good English communications skills
Duties:
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Crafting effective marketing strategies
Developing sound promotional campaigns and designing clever tools & roadmaps
Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services
Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
