GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Supervises, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates gaming operations in the facility. Fully in charge of Live Casino's day to day operations. Manage and develops gaming and operations procedures and policies.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages, motivates and coaches casino personnel.
In-charge of live facility game development and operations procedures.
Monitors and evaluates Operations employee's performance. Documents their strength and weakness.
Prepares statistics on Roulette monitoring on a daily basis.
Prepares daily, monthly and half-year report which basically contains the over-all performance of the live casino facility.
Prepares necessary reports for the Clients, Head Office, and Technical team.
Supervises and monitors number of staffs in each shift, shift rotations and breaks.
Monitors Gaming and Casino servers using the Live admin Backend.
Supervises, documents, monitors and coordinates all server disconnection(s) and technical problems
Handles and resolves gaming mistakes and incidents on floor.
Resolves players queries, complaints and/or discrepancies that may arise from the gaming table in a timely and professional manner
Response to queries, complaints, request for investigation regarding online casino in general or about particular games according to set rules so as not to put the company at risks.
Monitors gaming table to ensure that operations are conducted properly, that Dealers follow house rules and that players and/or dealers are not involve in dishonest activity.
In-charge of game and fraud investigations.
Represents casino management and their interests.
Initiates improvements of the operations and delivery of general feedback from the staff, the players and the licensees.
Trains newly hired Dealers/Shufflers/Player Reps and evaluate their performances.
Enforces all table and game policies and procedures.
Quickly adapts to changes and procedures.
Maintains familiarity with all games used at the facility as well as strategies and tricks employed in those games.
Works with management in terms of making sure that all Operations employees perform their functions in compliance with the set company rules and casino policies.
Acts in a professional manner to maintain an orderly atmosphere in the facility.
Reports to the COO any significant or special incident that requires immediate attention.
Informs immediately once technical problem occurs to the IT department, technical support and acknowledge the COO and CEO on the matter.
Serves as the eyes and ears of the management in the 24/7 business operation.
Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Fluency in Mandarin is a must. Both Oral and written (Simplified Chinese)
· Preferably with 3 years of supervisory and casino experience.
· Proficient in computer application preferable Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communications skills.
· Analytical ability as work involves solving complicated problems which require a considerable degree of analysis and problem solving, creativity and judgment.
· Must have strong organizational and supervisory skills and must be energetic, self- motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
