JOB DETAILS:
This is a German Car Company known for producing luxury and commercial vehicles worldwide. One of the world's largest manufacturers of luxury passenger cars and continually expanding its worldwide production network
REQUIREMENTS:
• Intermediate to Professional Level Mandarin Proficiency - Reading, writing, and spoken
• Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Information Technology or related discipline
• Basic accounting background. Knowledge about the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other business processes
• Good knowledge and experience in Excel (Knowledge, experience and application)
• Good knowledge and experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio

RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAIN TASK
• Participates and supports the implementation of process optimization and standardization
• Contribute ideas for improving efficiency in your own processes
• Provides audit supports and answer audit queries pertaining to processes handled
• Supports in the submission of monthly internal control evidences
• Performs ad hoc tasks as assigned
FUNCTIONAL TASK
1) Invoice Handling and Monitoring Tasks as follows (but not limited to):
A. General Invoice Verification
• Data Validation of Invoices
• Line Item Price Check Verification for applicable markets
• Proposal of Accounting Information (e.g. GL Account, Cost Center, etc.)
• Tax code validation
B. Error Handling and Invoice Rejections
C. Invoice Monitoring
D. Posting Related Transactions as requested
• Posting of Customer Refund, Payroll Deductions, legal-related & other transactions
• Preparation of Template of cost distribution and posting for applicable markets
