This company is a Mobile Technology company that is known for its smartphones and other electronic devices. A leading smartphone brand in China and one of the Top smartphone brands in the world, expanded here in the Philippines and is looking for a Mandarin Speaker to provide assistance to their Chinese customers here in the country.
Requirements:
Open for Chinese Nationals and other nationalities
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Preferably Supervisor/1-2 years and up experienced employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent
Functional knowledge about procurement, supply chain and proven experience in purchasing.
Knowledge in using Microsoft Applications
With recruitment background is a plus
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with vendors review purchasing agreement with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors
Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs
Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long term purchasing arrangement with • vendors when it is beneficial to the company
Compare the products deliveries with issued purchase order and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
Manage all communications for purchase orders with vendors and analyze all communication for same and resolve all purchase issues and coordinate with accounts payable department to process all invoices.
