MUST HAVE at least 5 yrs working experience in HR and 3 years of exp as HR Manager or HR Head 
Shift: Monday to Friday (flexible sched)
 
-People oriented and results driven
-With a background in all HR facets preferably managers specializing on Training,
Compensation Benefits and Labor Laws
-Excellent problem-solving skills;
-Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the
company
