This company is a Technology based express delivery company that uses advanced system to improve the quality service to clients and customers here in the Philippines and other countries around the globe.
Duties:
Record notes and messages for the higher management
Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
Perform as a liaison between the employer and household staff as required
Manage the manager calendar and appointment scheduling
Read and write correspondence
Assists the higher management in any personal matter
Requirements:
Must be Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing)
Open for Chinese Nationals and other nationalities
Bachelor's Degree in any related courses
Preferably with Background in Logistics
Must be 40 years old below
Preferably Male, but can also consider Female
