Undertake the company strategy, to drive the team to achieve targets set by the company, to take responsibility of continuous improving the conversion and cooperate with China operations team — 30%
1000+ People management, to facilitate enough good quality teachers, be responsible for recruitment, retain and team development — 30%
To ensure the business result through analysis, reporting, review and provide solutions —20%
To take the responsibility of total operations budget, incase to achieve ROI — 15%
To closely work with other departments locally and remotely — 5%
