1. Assist gamers with their accounts/subscriptions
2. Non-voice - Chat/E-mail
3. Schedule: 11AM to 8PM ; Rest Days: Friday/Saturday OR Sunday/Monday
4. Basic troubleshooting
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 yrs Experience working (preferably BPO) or staying in a foreign country (preferably China/Hongkong)
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
• Can easily learn and adapt to new online games
• Fluent in ENGLISH and native language- Mandarin
Salary Package (for Filipinos)
• 30-40K - Basic Salary
• 40k - Language Premium
• 2,200 - Non-Taxable allowance
• 2k -performance bonus
• 10% ND (if applicable)
*HMO and Leave credits after 3 months
