Responsibilities:
Help users to customize avatars
Assist Chinese callers on building games and selling trades
Answer users issues about bug reports
Inform customers about toys and events related to this game
Help Chinese customers understand the instructions and rules of the games
Explain kid's safety rules and community guidelines to parents
Escalate account hacked to appropriate department
Give promo codes and copy of an authorize charges
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing skills.
Having Customer Service or BPO background an advantage
Must understand the basic of the games
Willingness to work in a flexible schedule (Day shift, Night shift, and Graveyard).
Open Bachelor's Degree Holder and Undergraduates
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong detail orientation, communication and listening skills.
Has the ability to handle complaints
