JOB DETAILS:

Duties:
Be responsible for digging up high-quality promotion channels, assisting in completing testing and innovation of new channels, and being able to bear performance indicators;
Continuously optimize and adjust the promotion strategy according to the company's market positioning and user profile, and find the optimal promotion and transformation scheme to achieve the promotion target specified by the company, and be responsible for the indexes such as customer acquisition cost, transaction cost, etc.
Able to plan delivery strategies, be responsible for analysis and mining of channel data, evaluate and optimize channel effects, and collect and analyze relevant peer channel data;
Those who are performance-oriented and have rich promotion channels or industry resources are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Open for any nationalities
Must be proficient in Mandarin and English language both verbal and written
At least 3 years BC promotion related working experience, familiar with various common marketing channels;
Innovative ability, compressive ability, strong execution, careful, steadfast, reliable, responsible;
Understand the pull new-retained-fission-transformation model, understand the user psychology, good at developing market channels;
Have rich promotion experience, familiar with and master the promotion rules and skills of various channels;
Able to maintain strong BC market sensitivity at all times, as well as insight and tracking of competitive products in the industry, with excellent channel expansion and promotion capabilities.
