• Call center experience is an advantage
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin or Cantonese (atleast 2 languages)
• Good interpersonal and listening skills
• Experience in banking, finance or insurance industry is an advantage
Job responsibilities:
• Identifies and receives fault reporting and service inquiries from VIP clients through telephone, email and
online chat
• Handle simple trouble shooting on manipulating e-banking services
• Feedback case updates to our customers and clients
