Job Responsibilities:
Support negotiation process with pre-defined suppliers using online tool
Prepare, validate and consolidate Request for Information , request for proposal (including standard templates such as Non-Disclosure Agreement
Prepare periodic and on demand reports, graphs, and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contract, etc. based on the information extracted from SAP Business Warehouse Zycus and I-Nexus
Populate predefined templates - results of periodic, ad-hoc industry or supplier research
Setup surveys online, follow-up with stakeholders and generate final scorecards
Prepare quantitative and qualitative vendor information
Create system contract and follow-up on the completeness of the requirements
Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
Excellent communication skills in English
With a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and any related courses
Knowledgeable in SAP and MS Applications
Highly analytical and self-motivated
