Job Responsibilities:
Support negotiation process with pre-defined suppliers or possible clients
Preparing and validate consolidated request of information of clients
Prepare the on demand reports, graphs, and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contract
Setup surveys online and following up with stakeholders and generate final scorecards
Prepare quantitative and qualitative vendor information in online tools
Creating system contracts and follow-up on the completeness of the requirements of clients or customers.
Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
Excellent communication skills in English
With a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and any related courses
Knowledgeable in SAP and MS Applications
Highly analytical and self-motivated
