Position: Mandarin Accounts Receivable
Type of job: Back Office Job
Location: Clark, Pampanga City
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off
Industry: German Luxury Car Company
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Requirements:
✅ Good Mandarin Proficiency - Reading, writing, and spoken (Traditional)
✅ Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Information Technology, or related discipline
✅ Knowledge of the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
✅ Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules
Responsibilities:
✅ Daily business operations and accounting procedures related to transactional accounting (Accounts Receivable)
✅ Process of daily cash allocation/posting of payments and clearing transitory & customer's account
✅ Generation of statements and sending them to customer
✅ Execution of daily and weekly invoicing
✅ Spare parts invoice posting to customer
