Responsibilities:
Responsible for transactions between the company groups of companies.
Efficient management and execu`tion of Intercompany end to end process to ensure compliance and Service Level Agreements including management and/or execution of core financial processes such as billing, invoice posting, payment proposal, cash application, closing activities and reconciliation.
Ensure timely and accurate performance of daily Intercompany task
Liaise with auditors in preparation and completion of audit requirements related to Intercompany topics.
Posting of intercompany invoices and goods in transit
Management of GR/IR account and PO reference
Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin both verbal and written
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
At least 2 years of experience in accounting/finance with strong background in accounts payable and intercompany accounting process
Must have related working experience in shared service, BPO or multinational company
Good english oral and written communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in SAP or other ERP system required
Good customer service skills
Excellent prioritization ability and time management
