•College graduate / Preferably completed 2 years of college education with at least 1 year BPO experience
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience if less than 2 years of college education or if a High School Graduate
•Required to have a reliable & strong internet connection of not less than 10mbps & a working space at home that is free from noise/distraction
•Technical support experience is preferred.
•Understanding and experience with technical products networking, Wi-Fi
•Basic knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems as well as basic understanding of computer hardware
• Basic knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems as well as basic understanding of computer hardware
• Experience and familiarity with common consumer electronics.
• Effective with oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Skills on navigation of multiple platforms
