Job Description:A Workforce Management (WFM) Manager is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and staffing of a company's employees to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. This role involves tracking employee performance metrics, managing time-off requests, and ensuring that adequate coverage is maintained at all times to meet business needs.In addition to these operational tasks, the WFM Manager develops comprehensive workforce strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. They provide leadership and training to supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.The WFM Manager also manages relationships with various stakeholders, including department heads and external partners, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Furthermore, they handle budgeting and reporting, analyzing data to make informed decisions and presenting findings to senior management. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to drive workforce efficiency and support the overall success of the organization.Responsibilities:Scheduling and Forecasting: Creating employee schedules and forecasting labor needs to ensure adequate coveragePerformance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing employee performance data to improve efficiency and service levelsResource Allocation: Managing real-time allocation of staff and resources to handle unexpected situationsProcess Improvement: Implementing changes to improve workforce processes and policiesReporting: Producing and analyzing statistical reports to monitor team performanceCompliance: Ensuring adherence to workplace laws and regulationsTeam Management: Overseeing activities of supervisors and contributing to team developmentQualifications:Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or any related fieldExperience: 3 to 6 years of experience in workforce management, human resources, or a related areaSkills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
