JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any Business courses, preferably with post graduate degree units;
At least (3) years managerial or supervisory experience in training development, organizational development, performance management, succession management, policy development/process re-engineering, change management, strategic management; Has knowledge on training needs analysis, module design, and workshop implementation;
Has good presentation, public-speaking, facilitation, and coaching skills
Excellent oral and written communication skill as well as excellent presentation skills;
With strong project management skills;
Ability to multi-task deal with multiple issues at once and proven ability to work with all levels in the organization
Proficient in MS Office;
Willing to be assigned or work in Koronadal City, South Cotabato but will require travel to its branches in Mindanao.
