Job Summary
Main Objectives:
1. Development, Implementation, enhancement and support of sales team
Provides supervision, guidance, recognition, motivation to all sales associates and staff.
Performs coaching and training to all members of sales team for skills development.
Attains sales, quality control, and customer service goals set by the client.
Create strategies relevant to improving sales - Agent Incentive Programs
2. Monitoring execution of business plans to meet the department and center's business operation expectations
Develops new lead targeting schemes and scripting for the optimization of Sales Program
Monitors sales performance to ensure that the call center goals are met and supporting call center quality and training efforts.
Measure and demonstrates the group productivity as well as individual's reports related to sales and customer outcomes.
Collaborates with Operation Manager and upper /Senior Management

3. Coordinates with the client on the headcount requirement to meet the business needs.
Participates in the hiring and selection process of sales associates.
4. Client Servicing
Respond to client emails and concerns.
Sending of reports to client as required with accuracy of reports and timeliness
Generate summary report on all sales related items
Handles Clients' Audits related to sales
Manages special Tasks given by the Upper Management
Maintain client confidentiality
5. Meetings, Conferences and Training
Attend meetings or conferences with the client daily/weekly
Attend trainings incumbent to the job and for skill enhancement.
Area of expertise (Skills)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Background on Microsoft Office Programs particularly mastery on excel spreadsheet.
Sales Background
Fluent in English
