Lead the team in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements which include
(i) liquidation
(ii) receivership
(ii) judicial management
(iii) scheme of arrangement
(iv) monitoring / special accountant
(v) debt restructuring
Responsibilities include (list not exhaustive):
Manages the progress, scheduling and delivery of work
Ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulations
Reporting to and communication with creditors
Investigation of past transactions
Financial review and preparation of restructring proposals
Presents and leads confidently in client meetings
Provides sound and practical solutions to issues
Communicate and report on progress and issues clearly and timely to supervisors
Supervise team members in all areas of work
Coach, guide, and review work prepared by junior team members
Plan delegation of work and team tasks and support team members
Qualifications
Degree in Accountancy, Law or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA
6 to 7 years' experience in corporate insolvency
Strong analytical and report writing skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
