About the role:
The Project Manager will support key projects for ATCB.
What you will do:
Ensure adherence of projects to BCAMX, QCM (Quality Change Management) and ATCB Change Control Board.
The Engineer/Manager will handle Technology Projects (Senior Engineer/Manager).
The Engineer/Manager is responsible for being the liaison between Nexperia's Business Group (BG) and Nexperia Cabuyao Plant (ATCB) Change Review Board, Management Team, QA, and Operations. He / she will report to ATCB's Project Manager.
The Engineer/Manager will be responsible to complete or ensure completeness of the required deliverables on the milestones for each BCAMX gates such as RACI, DFM, Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, Qualification Report, Safe launch, etc.
Perform Safe Launch Tracking
Plan resource and logistic needed for the project.
What you will need:
Graduate of Engineering course (ECE, EE, ME, IE)
Experience in the same industry, semiconductor manufacturing
With Basic Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals
Computer literate (MS Office, SAS JMP or Minitab) and knowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM
Good interpersonal skills and able to deliver results through determination and teamwork.

Mature, with customer-oriented attitude and innovative.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiar with 6-sigma and/or 8D method.
Able to work independently, interdependently and under pressure.
