Develop report to aid in strategies and action plans to achieve the existing products' business goals as aligned with the overall company directives. Maintains Product Inventory as part of Product Governance Charter on an annual basis and submit to IC (As of March 2020) Coordinates with AIA Group Product Development Innovation Team on regular updates on NB Portfolio Assessment in coordination with Experience studies team ( Recently update as of November 2020) Facilitates regular Portfolio Management Committee (PMC) meeting Help drives strategies and plans to address existing product portfolio's profitability Manages portfolio performance review Ensures that all project information is properly cascaded PMC and its stakeholders. Supervises BUs or Special Project team to ensure that deliverables are executed based on agreed quality standards and timeliness. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the CMO and Head of Products in order to meet operational and/or another requirement. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education - BS Math Major in Actuarial Science Experience - At least 5 years working experience preferably in the field of Product Management or Product Pricing exposure to executive and senior management Special skills - Excellent strategic & analytical thinking, Excellent Project Management skills, good interpersonal skills, and communication skills, Very good planning & organizational skills, Strong knowledge on insurance products
