SUMMARY: The Front-End Manager will lead the ADI Phils Front-End Digital Health Care (DHC) team that will cover multiple front-end disciplines including IC Layout, Digital Implementation and Digital Verification. This includes a plan to set up and groom designers locally for DHC. His/Her role is overseeing DHC project allocation and deliverables, resourcing, and members professional development. He/She will work hand-in-hand with DHC Design Manager in ensuring quality requirements set by project stakeholders are met.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive Managerial experience
Familiarity with various Tapeout procedures
Strong fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device physics, cross-section and construction
Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso XL and Calibre verification tools or Digital Verification tools is an advantage
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
. BS Electronics or Electrical or Computer Engineering
. At least 7 years of relevant working experience

Strong leadership skills
With good problem-solving skills
